Ultra-Clean™ 3000 Fluid Processing System
We have developed a versatile fluid processing system, utilising the Derrick FLC 504 component shaker package. The innovative design provides optimum flexibility for a wide range of ground conditions and can be used for various underground construction applications.
The entire plant can be mobilised and made operational within hours of arrival – helping operators eliminate the long lead times usually associated with installing a liquid mud plant.
Mixing Tank
We understand that an effective and reliable mud recycling system is a fundamental part of any modern drilling application. Our mud mixing tank is custom-designed to individual customer requirements and manufactured to the most rigorous standards. This provides our customers with safe, cost-effective and reliable mud mixing.
Cleaning System
Our mud cleaning incorporates the Derrick FLC504 high ‘G’ shaker system, and we have created what is considered the best cleaning system in the market place today – processing a large flow rate with a cut point of just 20-25 microns.
Optional Holding Tank
With strategically placed and sized agitators to ensure constant flow, the Ultra-Clean™ 3000 large capacity holding tanks provide maximum flexibility to meet your drilling fluid storage needs.
