Clear Solutions has a close working relationship with Pancera Tubi e Filtri srl, whose products are extruded using a unique PVC blend. This PVC blend generates a higher quality end product exhibiting markedly different characteristics from standard PVC pipes.

Uniquely Pancera’s PVC pipe has been tested by ARPA (the regional agency for environmental protection) and approved for manufacture in accordance with Ministerial Decree Number 174/2004 for the abstraction of and distribution of water intended for human consumption.

Pancera also manufactures PVC screen covered with a stainless steel net. This product is particularly suited for fine sand and silt as it does not clog and can be installed to greater depths due to its high collapse resistance. Compared with gravel-coated screens these pipes cost less, exhibit higher flow rates and most importantly require a smaller diameter bore hole.

In addition to the above we can also supply Pancera’s carbon steel, galvanised steel and stainless steel well screen and casing.

Depending on the type of well screen and casing PVC pipes and screens are available from 33mm diameter to 630mm diameter with Whitworth, Trapezoidal (DIN 4925) or Flat Trapezoidal Threads.
