JAMES JOINS THE TEAM!

We are pleased to announce James Haughs has joined the Clear Solutions team as Laboratory Manager, based at the UK head office.

James graduated from Aberdeen University with a BSc (Hons) in Geology and Petroleum Geology. Starting his career, James joined COREX as a formation damage geologist interpreting coreflood data and conduction SEM analysis on core samples. After 2 years with COREX James moved onto MISWACO as a development engineer. During his time with MISWACO he developed oil field waste remediation technologies from initial concept through to final commercialisation. He conducted and took part in numerous field trials throughout the world from Singapore to Venezuela. James moved with MISWACO to Houston to work at the headquarters in a new role as a Technologist, developing algorithms from drilling software and database interrogation. Finally whilst with MISWACO, James moved back to Aberdeen to start a role as a Scientist developing drilling fluid additives and lost circulation materials. Being back in Aberdeen James was heavily involved with R&D projects and in providing technical support to the business line and developing several new technologies to aid in this.
